Receipts to Excel

Receipt apps that sync to Excel usually cost a monthly subscription. If you just need your receipts in Excel, a CSV is enough.

Steps

1. Open the free receipt scanner.
2. Drop up to 5 receipt images per batch (free) — text recognition runs in your browser with tesseract.js, nothing is uploaded.
3. Fix any field in the editable table.
4. Download CSV.

Importing into Excel

Download the CSV and open it in Excel (File → Open, or double-click). Columns: merchant, date, total, tax, notes.

Privacy: images never leave your device. Free: 5 receipts per batch. Pro ($19 lifetime): unlimited batches + QuickBooks/Xero CSV layouts.
