Receipts to Xero (CSV import)

Receipt apps that sync to Xero usually cost a monthly subscription. If you just need your receipts in Xero, a CSV is enough.

Steps

1. Open the free receipt scanner.
2. Drop up to 5 receipt images per batch (free) — text recognition runs in your browser with tesseract.js, nothing is uploaded.
3. Fix any field in the editable table.
4. Download CSV.

Importing into Xero

Xero imports statement CSVs with Date, Amount, Payee and Description columns. The Pro license exports a Xero-ready layout; with the free CSV you map columns in the import screen.
