Receipts to Google Sheets

Receipt apps that sync to Google Sheets usually cost a monthly subscription. If you just need your receipts in Google Sheets, a CSV is enough.

Steps

1. Open the free receipt scanner.
2. Drop up to 5 receipt images per batch (free) — text recognition runs in your browser with tesseract.js, nothing is uploaded.
3. Fix any field in the editable table.
4. Download CSV.

Importing into Google Sheets

Download the CSV, then in Google Sheets use File → Import → Upload and choose "Insert new sheet". Dates import as real dates so you can pivot by month.

Privacy: images never leave your device. Free: 5 receipts per batch. Pro ($19 lifetime): unlimited batches + QuickBooks/Xero CSV layouts.
