Receipts to QuickBooks (CSV import)

Receipt apps that sync to QuickBooks usually cost a monthly subscription. If you just need your receipts in QuickBooks, a CSV is enough.

Steps

1. Open the free receipt scanner.
2. Drop up to 5 receipt images per batch (free) — text recognition runs in your browser with tesseract.js, nothing is uploaded.
3. Fix any field in the editable table.
4. Download CSV.

Importing into QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online imports bank-style CSV files with Date, Description and Amount columns. The Pro license exports a QuickBooks-ready CSV layout; the free CSV can also be mapped by hand during import.
