Walmart receipts to CSV

Paper Walmart receipts fade fast (thermal paper), and in-store purchases only appear in the app if you scanned your receipt or paid with Walmart Pay.

How to turn Walmart receipts into a CSV

Photograph each paper receipt flat in good light within a few days of purchase, then drop the photos here.

  1. Open the free receipt scanner.
  2. Drop up to 5 receipt images per batch (free) — text recognition runs in your browser with tesseract.js, nothing is uploaded.
  3. Fix any field in the editable table.
  4. Download CSV.

Tip

The TC# barcode line at the bottom is useful for returns; add it to Notes if you may need to return the item.
